Summer Programs
During the summer we offer on-site programming for MSAD 17's Camp Achieve Program for elementary students. We also partner with the Alan Day Community Garden in hosting the Youth Leadership Program for middle and high school students!
Camp Achieve Program
Camp Achieve is the Oxford Hills School District's summer school program. Elementary students who participate in Camp Achieve visit the Roberts Farm trails and gardens for nature-based programs and activities. Some of these activities are organized and led by Youth Leadersip Program students.
Youth Leadership Program
Since 2022, Roberts Farm Experiential Learning and the Alan Day Community Garden have teamed up to host the Youth Leadership Program. This free month-long summer leadership experience is open to any aspiring or current youth leader entering grades 7 - 12. Participants in the Youth Leadership Program spend two weeks at each location where they build outdoor leadership skills and focus on collaborating, gardening and cooking.

Applications for the Youth Leadership Program open in early spring, stay tuned for more information about applying to join our 2025 cohort of the Youth Leadership Program!
Virtual Viking Challenge
Each summer, Oxford County students can register to participate in the Club 262 Virtual Viking Challenge. The Virtual Viking Challenge is a New Balance Foundation funded program that encourages participants to run, hike, or walk 26.2 miles over the course of a month in the summer. Students can get their miles in anywhere and anytime during the month and receive prizes for the number of "marathons" they complete.

Registration for the Virtual Viking Challenge opens in the late spring. Stay tuned for more information about the 2025 challenge!
